Oppo Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max launch globally
Oppo’s Find X10 series is now launching globally, with 7,150mAh European batteries, Dimensity 9600 Pro silicon and prices from £1,100.
Oppo has launched the Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max internationally, with European sales now open in several markets. The two phones bring MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 Pro, large 7,150mAh batteries and premium camera hardware to the global range, although European buyers receive smaller batteries than customers in China. 12
European launch prices and battery sizes
According to Oppo’s UK and German launch pages, the Find X10 Pro Max uses a 7,150mAh battery in Europe, while the Chinese model launched with 8,000mAh. The standard Find X10 also drops from 8,000mAh in China to 7,150mAh for European models. Oppo’s official UK page presents the Pro Max with a Hasselblad teleconverter promotion, while the German store lists its own launch incentives. 1
GSMArena reports that the Find X10 starts at €1,300 or £1,100 for 256GB, rising to €1,500 or £1,250 for 512GB. The Find X10 Pro Max costs €1,800 or £1,500, with 512GB as its listed configuration. UK buyers can also choose a qualifying accessory worth up to £500, including the Hasselblad Teleconverter, Oppo Watch X3 or Oppo Pad 5. 2
Dimensity 9600 Pro and camera upgrades
Both phones use MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 Pro, a 2nm chipset that Oppo and MediaTek position as a major efficiency upgrade. GSMArena reports claimed gains of 61% in multi-core power efficiency, a 27% faster Mali-G2 Ultra NX GPU and an 18% improvement in ray tracing, while the NPU is rated for faster token generation per watt. Those figures are manufacturer claims rather than independent test results. 2
The Find X10 Pro Max adds a triple 200MP rear-camera system and support for the Hasselblad teleconverter kit. The standard Find X10 also moves to 200MP sensors for its main and telephoto cameras, leaving the ultra-wide at 50MP. Oppo’s product material also highlights 8K Log video for the Find X10 and a 17EV high-dynamic-range video mode for the Pro Max. 12
India’s launch is scheduled for 22 October, while the UK, Germany, France and other European Oppo stores have begun taking orders or selling the phones. Pricing, battery capacity and promotional bundles vary by market, so buyers should check their local Oppo store before treating the headline specifications as universal. 12
Our opinion
The Find X10 series looks like a serious global push rather than a token international release. The Pro Max’s 7,150mAh European battery remains enormous, and the 200MP camera hardware gives Oppo a clear talking point at a price where buyers will expect more than a routine yearly refresh. The catch is that the £1,500 Pro Max lands in a fiercely competitive part of the market, so the phone’s camera performance, software support and the real value of those bundled accessories will matter more than the headline silicon. Oppo has supplied an impressive specification sheet; independent testing will decide whether it is a genuinely compelling flagship or simply an expensive one.
