Oppo Find X10 Pro Max goes global with Dimensity 9600 Pro
Oppo says its next flagship will reach international markets with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9600 Pro and a 17% CPU uplift.
Oppo has confirmed that its Find X10 Pro Max will launch in international markets, and it will be one of the first phones to use MediaTek’s new flagship chip, the Dimensity 9600 Pro.
What's actually going on
The confirmation comes alongside MediaTek’s launch of the Dimensity 9600 Pro. According to Oppo’s newsroom, the Find X10 Pro Max will be “among the first smartphones to feature the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro and launch in international markets”, which in this case means markets outside China.
The chip keeps MediaTek’s All-Big-Core approach with a new layout of two 4.55GHz C2-Ultra cores and six performance cores. Oppo quotes an overall CPU performance improvement of 17%, with independent frequency control for each core so the phone can shift workload more precisely between sustained speed and power efficiency.
Graphics move to the G2-Ultra NX GPU with enhanced ray tracing and neural graphics features. Under sustained heavy workloads, Oppo claims the Dimensity 9600 Pro delivers roughly 27% higher performance, which is the number that matters most for long gaming sessions where phones normally throttle. Oppo also says its Laminar Flow Engine will balance thermals and performance on the handset.
What Oppo has not confirmed is a price, an exact launch date or which international markets the Find X10 Pro Max will reach first. The material checked lists the chip and the global launch intention, not the full retail picture.
