IFA 2026: Creatulize’s X1 Pro is a €349 robot cleaner for your mattress
The X1 Pro combines UV-C sterilisation, dust-mite care, hair removal and smart navigation in a robot designed to clean beds automatically.
Robot vacuums have spent years mapping our floors, dodging chair legs and eating the occasional charging cable. Creatulize now wants to send the same basic idea upstairs, with the X1 Pro — an automatic bed-cleaning robot designed to keep mattresses cleaner with less manual effort.
The company is presenting the X1 Pro at IFA 2026 as part of a new category of automated mattress-care products. Rather than relying on occasional vacuuming or professional cleaning, the robot is designed to move across the bed surface and tackle some of the debris and allergens that collect where people sleep.
A triple-cleaning system for the bed
Creatulize says the X1 Pro combines three main cleaning functions: UV-C sterilisation, dust-mite care and hair removal. The UV-C system is intended to help treat the mattress surface, while the dust-mite function targets one of the less glamorous problems associated with bedding. The robot also removes hair and other surface debris, which could be useful in homes with pets.
Creatulize has not yet published the full technical specifications for the cleaning system, including UV-C exposure time, coverage, suction power, filtration or independent testing results. Those details will matter when judging whether the X1 Pro is a serious cleaning device or simply a robotic gadget with an impressive list of features.
Sensors and app control
The X1 Pro uses 11 sensors for navigation and control, according to Creatulize. These are intended to help the robot move across a mattress while detecting its surroundings and avoiding problems at the edges of the bed.
The company says the X1 Pro includes four cleaning modes, allowing users to choose how the robot tackles different cleaning needs. App control is also included, giving owners a way to manage the device without manually placing it into operation every time.
IFA 2026 availability and price
Creatulize is demonstrating the X1 Pro at ShowStoppers and IFA Berlin 2026, including booth H10.1-129. The robot is priced at €349. Creatulize has not yet confirmed all regional availability, shipping dates or whether the quoted price includes accessories, replacement filters or a dedicated mobile-app subscription.
Our opinion
A robot that cleans mattresses sounds ridiculous until you remember how rarely most people properly clean them. The X1 Pro is aimed at a real household annoyance, particularly for people with pets, allergies or limited mobility.
The problem is the price. At €349, Creatulize is asking buyers to spend serious money on a robot that performs a single, fairly specialised job. That is a lot to pay before we know how well the UV-C system works, how much dirt and hair it actually removes, how noisy it is or whether it can reliably navigate different mattress sizes.
The idea is clever, and the X1 Pro could become genuinely useful if it delivers measurable cleaning results without turning the bed into an obstacle course. At €349, though, this is one to watch rather than an automatic recommendation. Creatulize will need to prove that the convenience is worth the cost — because at that price, the mattress cleaner itself is starting to need a deep clean of its value proposition.
