Logitech Pebble Up launches as a fold-up ergonomic mouse

Logitech’s Pebble Up mouse folds between a slim travel shape and a raised ergonomic position, but it is currently listed only in China.

Logitech has launched the Pebble Up, a wireless mouse that changes between a slim portable shape and a raised, more ergonomic position. The product is currently listed on Logitech’s China shop, while Notebookcheck reports that it is available in China for CNY 251.1, roughly $38 or €34. 12

A mouse with two shapes

The Pebble Up is designed to stay slim when it is being carried, then tilt upwards when it is being used at a desk. Logitech describes the two-form design as a way to combine portability with a more comfortable hand position, rather than asking buyers to choose between a flat travel mouse and a permanently upright ergonomic model. 1

The official product page presents the pink model in both its folded and raised positions. Logitech also lists Graphite Gray and Pearl White versions, giving the range three colour options. The product’s design remains close to the familiar Pebble family: rounded, minimal and compact, but with a hinged body that creates the second working position. 1

Features and compatibility

Logitech says the Pebble Up connects over Bluetooth or through a Logi Bolt USB receiver, and can switch between up to three devices using Easy-Switch. It supports Windows, macOS, iPadOS, Linux, ChromeOS and Android. The company’s product page also highlights a rechargeable battery, a 400–4,000 DPI tracking range and integration with Logi Options+ software. 1

The software angle is part of Logitech’s wider pitch for the mouse. The company says Pebble Up can use the Logi Options+ app and its AI-powered Smart Actions features to call up AI tools and customise workflows. That makes the mouse more than a mechanical redesign of the standard Pebble, although the practical value will depend on how much time a user spends inside Logitech’s software ecosystem. 1

Notebookcheck reports a 290mAh rechargeable battery rated for up to 90 days, a weight of 79 grams and four buttons, including a DPI button, scroll-wheel click and gesture button. Those details come from the outlet’s report rather than the product-page copy, so they should be treated as reported specifications until Logitech publishes a matching English regional listing. 2

Availability

For now, the Pebble Up is listed through Logitech’s China storefront, and Notebookcheck says it is available to buy in China. Logitech has not announced when the mouse will reach other regions, so buyers elsewhere should not assume that the Chinese price or launch timing will carry over to the UK, Europe or the US. 12

Our opinion

The Pebble Up is an intriguing answer to a familiar compromise: travel mice are easy to carry but can feel flat over long sessions, while ergonomic mice are usually less convenient to pack. Logitech’s folding approach is clever, and the lifestyle image makes the raised position look immediately understandable. The caveat is that the product is still an untested launch from our perspective, so comfort, hinge durability and real-world battery life remain questions rather than proven advantages. Its China-only availability also limits the usefulness of the announcement for readers elsewhere. If Logitech brings the Pebble Up to the UK with sensible pricing, its two-form design could make it a genuinely useful middle ground rather than just a novelty.
